It lies on land with grazing cattle within an easy drive of Tenby with its beaches and seasonal boat trips to Cauldy Island. Walking, cycling, horse riding, golf and fishing all close by. Enjoy Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park, National Botanical Gardens of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens and Dylan Thomas Boat House at Llaugharne. Shop 1½ miles, pub ½ mile.

Large beamed living room with wooden floor and French doors leading to patio. Dining room with slate floor, kitchen area and French doors to patio. Double bedroom with 5ft bed, additional orthapaedic adjustable single bed and access to bathroom with shower over Jacuzzi bath and toilet. Open-tread, spiral stairs to first floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with toilet and slate floor.

  5. We really enjoyed staying in West Rose Barn. It was lovely and clean. it had everything you need for a holiday. Also we had a very warm welcome. We would book this property again. Aug 2011.
  6. This property is equipped to a very high standard and we had a wonderful week. It wasn’t easy to find good accommodation for 2 young couples, and one mother/mother in law, but this cottage was ideal. The owners have put a great deal of thought into it, and there are a number of wonderful touches, eg tea and coffee provided and a bag of ice in the freezer on arrival. Absolutely lovely; we would go back. A lovely unspoilt area too near great beaches. July 2011.
  7. The converted barn is well furnished, comfortable and very clean and modern. The barn itself forms one side of a square courtyard owned by the farmer who is very friendly and pleasant. The barn is well equipped and the garden was spacious and loved by the kids. They loved watching the cows in the adjacent field as well. It is only a few miles from lovely Amroth beach as well which was great. Suggestions for improvement would be some sort of screening/blinds for the kitchen/diner full length windows that open out onto the courtyard. Also the upstairs en-suite bathrooms had no locks which was a bit tricky with cheeky kids. July 2011.
