This detached, single storey converted stables has been carefully refurbished to create a wonderful holiday home from which to explore the Dales. The historic town of Skipton with its Norman castle, canal trips, bustling market, golf club and indoor swimming pool is only a short drive whilst the popular Dales village of Grassington is just 2 miles. Alternatively why not stay in and enjoy your surroundings - take a picnic down by the delightful brook which runs close by. Can also be booked with W41109 and W40780 to sleep 24 in total. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

This property is close to the 2014 Tour de France route, come and experience the spectacular scenery for yourself and follow in the trail of some true cycling legends.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 2 twin, both with en-suite shower room and toilet. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Video. DVD. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Freezer. Enclosed lawned garden and furniture. Parking (2 cars). Natural water supply from borehole. No smoking. NB: There is a stream close to the property.

  6. Very clean and spacious accommodation with all the home from home comforts. Close to Grassington with a good range of cafes and pubs and a local spar for shopping requirements. Not far from Bolton Abbey, Skipton, Kilnsey Park and Burnsall for great days out and a horse riding centre near by if you have children to entertain. May 2011.

  19. The cottage was fitted to a very high standard, the living accommodation was spacious and the bathroom/shower rooms attached to each individual bedroom was wonderful. The surroundings at the property were very pleasant and the owner very helpful. Wonderful, quiet location, comfortable cottage and loved the milk, home made biscuits and fresh flowers on arrival - a very nice touch. July 2009.
