Launching and mooring for guests’ boats, and a rowing boat may be available and arranged free of charge directly with the owner. Pubs, shops and excellent restaurants, 5 miles. Sandy beaches 5 miles. Sea fishing locally. Shop 5 miles.

First floor: Three bedrooms with sloping ceilings; one double with wash basin, one twin and one single. Bathroom with electric over-bath shower. Separate toilet.

  2. Appin is a fantastic base for exploring Oban and the Islands (to the South) & Glencoe and Ben Nevis (to the North). The scenery & views from the Coach House at Appin Home Farm were spectacular & we enjoyed walks from our back door every evening & the sunsets from the other side of the loch. If you need to relax come here! June 2009.
