  2. The cottage was very clean & comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet location and the hosts were very warm & welcoming. To get to the cottage on the farm, you had to travel 0.75 miles down a dirt track. This didn’t bother us but might if you had a really posh car! July 2011.
  3. This is a real gem of a find, welcoming but unobtrusive hosts, excellent accommodation in an outstanding area and the swimming pool makes this ideal for families, one week is not enough! Aug 2009.
  4. Fantastic property which met expectations from the brochure description. In a rural area which is quiet but also not to far from central areas when required. The accommodation was excellent, clean spacious and more than suitable for our needs. The swimming pool was a welcome addition, we would book again having had a great break. Aug 2009.

  5. This was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had! The Little Granary was wonderful and the local people very friendly. We loved the nearby beaches as did the dog! Our only problem was our Sat Nav! It got us lost on several occasions, which evidently is a common problem. Stick with the maps. June 2011.

  1. The property is lovely. Just on the outside of Bude, lovely and quiet with secure parking. Lots of room and really cosy. Just a shame the weather was so windy when we were there. Sept 2011.
  2. A beautiful well equipped cottage, offering a comfortable and cosy retreat at the end of our days of exploring! Highly recommend a Sunday roast at The Globe in Bude, the Tamar Otter Sanctuary and Newquay Zoo. This cottage is in a perfect location close enough to all the amenities and beach, but not amongst what I should imagine is a very busy area come summer time. Thank you! Sept 2011.

  1. Chalet comfortable, the only thing that could have been better was there was no washing machine in the chalet or on site at all. A little laundry room with washer and dryer would be great. Getting beach towels dry on rainy days impossible!! Aug 2012.

  1. Lovely cottage in St Just - a pleasant village with very good and useful shops and 4 pubs. The Star pub had a fiddle band one night which was excellent. You can walk to the coastal path from the cottage in about 20 minutes. All mod cons in cottage. May 2012.

We would definitely return, although without my sister and niece sharing we couldn’t have afforded property, out of our price range unless sharing the cost. The wooden floor was lifting in places and needed re- laying, little bit dangerous, other than that fabulous place, lovely friendly neighbours, totally and utterly highly recommended.   1. The property was easy to find with the directions we were provided with and the sat nav. It was in a secluded area but near enough to the village so as not to feel cut off. A good location for access to beaches and inland sightseeing. We were welcomed by the owner on arrival, who was very friendly and approachable. We were shown round the property and then left alone. Milk,tea and coffee were provided on arrival, also a surprise gift, which was a nice personal touch. The property was comfortable and well equipped, with lovely fresh bed linen and towels.The games room was used by us a few times, helping to entertain a teenage son. We sampled the beer at the local friendly Pub, where you can also eat. All in all a lovely property. August 2012.

We absolutely loved our cottage’s decor, especially the spacious and airy sitting room/dining area; the fusion with modern and old was impeccable and we really apreciated the owner’s the attention to detail. Lovely welcome pack and greeting from the owners too. The games room was fantastic especially for our teenagers (adults enjoyed it too). Location was also very convenient for the coast and other visits, we particulary recommend a visit to the RAME penninsular, but also nicely positioned for a relaxing holiday. We would very much recommend. PS Also nice to find somewhere beautifully decorated that we could also bring our 2 small dogs too (who enjoyed their country walks). Oct 2011.

  1. The living area of the property is very spacious - plenty of room for the 6 of us. Well equipped too. Set in lovely grounds - our dog had a great time too - especially trying to chase all the wild rabbits. There’s a bar and restaurant within the grounds too although the restaurant service was not the best. Good value property and we would visit again. May 2011.
